Indulgence

In catholic theology, indulgence is the full or partial remission of temporal punishment due for sins which have been already forgiven. To me indulgence is gratification of desire. My favourite indulgence in a Japanese restaurant will be Hamachi, also known as yellow tail fish. With It's crispy skin and sweet meat that melts in your mouth, It is simply irresistible. A small portion like this can cost up to 1000Baht in an average restaurant in Bangkok.
